Fees for a 60 minute psychotherapy session range from $125 - 150 depending on the type of therapy and budget. Sliding scale costs are available on a limited basis.
I work with a handful of insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, among others.

Think of the first session as a "get to know you" meeting. It’s a bit more structured than a regular therapy hour. We’ll spend time discussing what brought you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to change. It’s less about deep diving into trauma on day one and more about building a map of where we need to go.
